Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of the Alkhidmat Raazi Lab website and bookings for laboratory tests, health profiles, laboratory visits and eligible home sample collection.

Bookings

An online order is a booking request. Tests, preparation requirements, service area, collection time and final payable amount remain subject to confirmation by Raazi Lab.

Prices and payment

Displayed prices and promotions may be updated. The applicable amount is the amount confirmed for the booking. Where online payment is unavailable, payment is collected through the method communicated after confirmation.

Patient information and preparation

Customers must provide accurate patient, contact and location information and follow preparation instructions. Do not stop or change prescribed medicine unless instructed by a qualified healthcare professional.

Home sample collection

Home sampling is available only for eligible tests, supported locations and available time slots. Timing remains an estimate until confirmed and may require rescheduling because of access, safety, weather, traffic or incorrect address information.

Laboratory quality

Raazi Lab may request a new sample when a specimen is insufficient, unsuitable, compromised or requires verification under laboratory quality procedures.

Reports

Laboratory reports provide diagnostic information and are not a substitute for medical consultation. Results should be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional.

Cancellations, privacy and applicable law

Cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan and the competent courts in Islamabad.
