Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Alkhidmat Raazi Lab, we do not ship physical products through courier services. Instead, our "Shipping and Delivery" policy applies to our Home Sample Collection services and the delivery of your Diagnostic Reports.

Please read the following guidelines to understand how our sample collection and reporting processes work across Islamabad.

1. Home Sample Collection (Delivery of Service)

When you book a test or health package online and select "Home Sampling," our trained phlebotomy team will visit your specified address to collect the required blood or urine samples.

  • Cost of Service: Home Sample Collection is completely FREE for eligible tests and health packages booked through our website.

  • Service Areas: We currently offer home sampling services exclusively within designated sectors and societies in Islamabad (including but not limited to CBR Town, G-11, Jinnah Garden, Korang Town, and surrounding sectors).

  • Scheduling & Timing: After you submit a booking request online, our central booking team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your location, verify test preparation (e.g., fasting requirements), and assign a specific time slot for our team to arrive.

2. Delivery of Medical Reports

We prioritize speed, privacy, and convenience when delivering your diagnostic results. You will not receive physical reports in the mail. Instead, reports are delivered digitally.

  • Digital Delivery: Once your tests are processed, your finalized medical reports will be delivered directly to your registered WhatsApp number and/or email address.

  • Online Portal: You can also access, download, and print your reports at any time by logging into the "Reports" section of our website using your patient ID.

  • Turnaround Time (TAT):

    • Routine tests (e.g., Complete Blood Picture, Blood Sugar) are typically delivered within 12 to 24 hours from the time of sample collection.

    • Advanced molecular, cultures, or specialized tests may take 3 to 7 working days. Our team will inform you of the exact turnaround time during your booking confirmation.

  • Physical Copies: If you require a hard copy of your report, you may collect it in person from your nearest Alkhidmat Raazi Lab outreach center (G-11, CBR Town, Korang Town, or Jinnah Garden).

3. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to adhere strictly to confirmed time slots, our home sampling team may experience slight delays due to unpredictable traffic, severe weather conditions in Islamabad, or unexpected medical urgencies.

If our phlebotomist is delayed, our support team will contact you promptly to provide an updated arrival time or reschedule the appointment at your earliest convenience.

4. Incorrect Contact Information

Timely service relies on accurate information. If the address, phone number, or WhatsApp number provided during the checkout process is incorrect, it may result in delayed sample collection or failure to deliver digital reports. Please ensure all details are double-checked before submitting your booking.
